Matt Monroe

Matt Monroe is a highly driven and experienced Construction Project Manager able to utilize his knowledge and strong leadership skills to successfully deliver challenging projects on time and under budget. He brings over 15 years of construction experience to Envision, specializing in project estimating, contractor coordination, value engineering solutions, LEED planning, and design management.

After graduating from the School of Building Construction at UF in 2004, Matt began his professional experience as a project engineer and construction manager for five years with W.G. Mills, Inc. He then contributed to the project management teams at some of Florida’s largest and most creative building contracting firms, Gilbane Building Company, and later, AOA.
